Visiting Canada Olympic House

Important information about Canada Olympic House that you should know before you go.


All guests must successfully register for Canada Olympic House before arriving on site.


After successfully registering before arrival, guests will receive a unique wristband upon checking in at Canada Olympic House. Wristbands must be worn at all times to gain access to Canada Olympic House.

No outside food, beverage or other restricted items are permitted inside Canada Olympic House. Please see the terms & conditions for more information.


Wristbands will allow guests to make purchases at Canada Olympic House. Guests can top-up wristbands on site using one of the Top Up Stations (no cash please – VISA cards preferred, any major credit card accepted). Canada Olympic House ambassadors will be on hand to assist guests through the process.

Lost or stolen wristbands are not replaceable. Wristbands should be treated like cash.

Any balance remaining on wristbands after the Games is non-refundable.


Canada Olympic House is located near the Gangneung Olympic Park, directly beside one of two Spectator Entrances. Spectator transit will drop you off a short walk (~350m) from the entrance to Canada Olympic House. Canada Olympic House is a 40-minute walk from Gangneung city centre.

On February 9, 2018, Family & Friends of the Canadian Olympic Team are invited to COH for the Opening Ceremony Celebration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Team Canada Fans and Affiliated Groups are invited to visit Canada Olympic House.
If you are a Team Canada Fan, you can purchase a ticket for any date(s) between February 10th and 25th. Your ticket will allow you access at any time during open hours (11 a.m. – 11 p.m.) that day, and you can stay as long as you’d like. Re-entry is permitted.

If you are with an Affiliated Group of the Canadian Olympic Team, you are invited to access Canada Olympic House at any date and time during open hours (11 a.m.-11 p.m.), there are no maximum number of visits. As an Affiliated Group of the Canadian Olympic Team, you are also invited to join the Opening Ceremony Celebration on Friday February 9th.
Both Team Canada Fans and Affiliated Groups will receive an email confirmation once your registration or ticket purchase is approved.
You will receive your wristband on your first visit to Canada Olympic House, at the Access Desk.
No. All funds topped up onto wristbands are non-refundable.
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased for Canada Olympic House.
If your submission was not approved, it may be due to incomplete or incorrect information. Please refer to the email you received for details. If your submission is declined, you may purchase tickets as a Team Canada Fan.
Your submission will be reviewed as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation once your submission has been reviewed.
Team Canada fans can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets per date and a total of 20 tickets throughout the Games.
Canadian food & drink is available for purchase at Canada Olympic House. The menu includes a number of Canadian staples including sandwiches, salads, desserts, beverages, coffee, beer, & wine.
Guests must be 19 years of age or older as of February 9, 2018 in order to register for Canada Olympic House. Guests under the age of 19 as of February 9, 2018 must be registered as a guest and must be accompanied by a guardian when visiting Canada Olympic House.
